Cancellations
- You may cancel our services by providing a written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Any ongoing work or campaigns at the time of cancellation will be billed proportionately for the work completed.
- Once a campaign or service has started, cancellation is subject to our team’s review and applicable charges.
Refunds
- Due to the nature of digital marketing services, we do not offer refunds for services already delivered, campaigns executed, or work hours spent.
- If a refund is approved in special cases, it will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds are not applicable on setup fees, consultation fees, or third-party ad spends (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads).
